This portal collects requirements for the replacement of the MUVIQ quality portals. It is operated by VEGVÍSIR GmbH for MUVIQ S.r.l.
Why we ask
- Your answers are consolidated into a requirements picture for the new quality portals. They are used for that and for nothing else.
- They are not used to assess anyone's performance, and they are not shared outside the project team.
What we hold
- Your name, e-mail address, site and department, so that we can send you your personal link and read the requirements per plant.
- Your answers, exactly as you wrote them.
- Any files you attach.
- Whether your invitation was opened, saved and submitted.
Where it is held
- In the EU. The database is hosted in Frankfurt (eu-central-1) and the application runs in an EU region.
- There is no account to create. Your personal link contains a random token and only a hash of it is stored, so the database cannot be read to recover your link.
Translation of your answers
- Answers arrive in four languages and are consolidated in English, so an answer written in Italian, Polish or Portuguese is translated automatically.
- The translation is produced by Claude on AWS Bedrock using an EU inference profile, so the text is processed in EU regions. There is no fallback to a service outside the EU: if the translation cannot be produced there, it is not produced at all and is tried again later.
- Before your answer is sent, direct identifiers are removed from it. Names from the respondent list, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers are replaced by placeholders such as [NAME_1], and put back once the translation returns so that the English reads as a whole sentence.
- This is not full anonymisation. The site, the department, and anyone or anything you describe rather than name stays in the text.
- Your answer itself is never changed. The original stays stored in the EU exactly as you wrote it; the translation is kept beside it, together with a record of which service produced it and in which region.
Reading the answers together
- To prepare the workshop we group the free-text answers into themes and draft a summary of what everyone asked for. This is optional, it is switched off unless the project team turns it on, and what it produces is always marked as generated and kept separate from your answer.
- It runs on the same service and in the same EU regions as the translation above.
- Nothing from the section that asks who you are is used for it, and no names or e-mail addresses are sent. Every answer travels as a number — “Respondent 3 (Ivrea)” — and the name is put back afterwards on our side, so the model never sees who said what.
- A quotation is only shown if it really appears in the answer it is attributed to. One that does not is dropped rather than displayed.
Your rights
- You can see, correct or delete your answers. Your personal link stays editable until the deadline, so a correction needs nothing more than opening it again.
- For access or deletion, write to the contact below.
- Answers, attachments and respondent records are deleted twelve months after the project closes.
